What We’re Looking For:
- You hold an active real estate salesperson license (or are in the process of obtaining your license)
- You are motivated by sales and love a good challenge
- You thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- You are ready to build a long-term career, not just close your next deal
How You’ll Stand Out:
- You have strong local knowledge or a desire to learn your market inside and out
- You are proficient with Google Suite
- You have solid connections in the industry (lenders, attorneys, contractors)
- You have a 2- or 4-year college degree
